The above photo was snapped at last night's Dallas Stars game by Twitter user @EdCahill before making its way to Deadspin. Together with the Stars' recent handling of an exceedingly dickish Cowboys' Tweet, we're getting the impression the AAC's hockey residents don't give all that many shits. Kudos to them for that.

As a daily Deadspin reader for the past couple of years, I've noticed a pattern when they break something in Dallas....they run it and then you link to it. How in the wide world of sports is that happening? I guess it's a damned if you do, damned if you don't. If you don't link something to them and just ignore it completely, then guys are like "deadspin posted something local and you didn't" and if you do, well, then you have guys like me wondering how they scooped a local blog.

Either way, thanks for allowing everyone to post on your site as I'm still irked that I can't remember my old login and therefore can't post to their site.

Back before all the arenas were rebuilt in their sterile configurations and ticket prices went out of reach of the average common man.. hockey games were filled with rowdy and violent fans. Now they are filled with stuffed corporate assholes.
