Dez Bryant May Be Out for the Year

Categories: Sports

Our old pal Richie Whitt is among those reporting that the Cowboys' star receiver is out for the season, which would be "devastating" news if it didn't come two days after the Cowboys received actually devastating news. (Richie's reporting it a little more forcefully than others.)

Bryant has averaged 110 yards and 1.5 touchdowns in his last four games. Together with Miles Austin's body being less durable than a 33-year-old newspaper editor's, this probably means the Cowboys' already slim playoff hopes just went on a juice fast.

Some day sooner or later Richie will find himself trying to be the big dog in a market like Boise.

fractured, no torn ligaments. Richie is an impeccable sports journalist, I'm sure he has a reasonable explanation ( says the commenter in a blatant attempt to stir up the old Sportatorium hornets nest)

Richie is the ONLY one reporting it this way, I ve read many others saying he may need season ending surgery.

@ChrisYu I called him out right away, in his rush to say Fuck you , I had it first, he got it wrong.  But of course if 3 days later they IR him, whitt will surely let everyone know he is so good, he had it 3 days early.
