Three weeks after the FBI raided the Dallas apartment of Barrett Brown, an affiliate of the hacker group Anonymous, the other shoe has finally dropped. The U.S. Attorney's Office filed an indictment today, charging Brown with Internet threats, conspiracy to make publicly available restricted personal information of a federal employee and retaliation against a federal law enforcement officer.

The indictment itself is little more than a compendium of Brown's tweets and YouTube ramblings. The FBI dug deep into the annals of the @BarrettBrownLOL Twitter feed to find comments like: "Have you doxed a pig today?"; "Organize. Choose your pig. Make your move."; and "Kids! Overthrow the U.S. government."

Then there are the one's directed specifically at the FBI agent investigating Brown, identified in court filings as RS. There are tweets saying things like "If what #HBGary did to me was legal, it will be just as legal when I do some of it to #Agent[RS]" and "Threat to put my mom in prison last mistake #Agent[RS] will ever fucking make." Then, there is the three-part YouTube video entitled "Why I am going to destroy FBI Agent [RS]" in which Brown calls the agent a "fucking chicken shit little faggot cocksucker" and says his life is over, "but when I say his life is over, I don't say I'm going to kill him, but I am going to ruin his life and look into his fucking kids."

Because of the history of abuses of the state and federal grand jury systems in the Northern District of Texas, e.g. derailments of the state and federal grand jury investigations into Baron & Budd, PC's (B&B) multi-billion dollar frauds upon state and federal courts, the investigative team at DO should continue to follow the developments in this case to see if it further evidences a pattern of  honest services fraud by prosecutors through the selective prosecution of the enemies of the prosecutors' political cronies, like Brown, and the selective non-prosecution of the prosecutors'  political cronies, like former B&B President Fred Baron and B&B Secretary Lisa Blue-Baron.

Is Andrea L. "Puggle" really the name of the federal grand jury foreman?

And that ladies and gentlemen is how a fool talks his way into the federal penitentiary.  The young and fresh lad had better get started on those stretching exercises.

While I can't find a clear answer to what the punishment for count two is, the punishment for count three is a fine or a maximum of 10 years or both (with a reduced maximum of 6 years). The punishment for count one is a fine or a maximum of 5 years or both.

@UnCoverUp So was this young man originally a part of what you are talking about ?

Or did he just buy himself some real trouble by these antics ?

I agree the world is filled with all kinds of nefarious goings on but dang  fellow taking on the The FEDGOV  ?

I guess we all see where that got him. And if asked I bet most of those who comment here  would have warned against it .

If only from the foresight to see were he is today .
