Moments ago, the Dallas Police Department sent a note telling media types to head to its Facebook page for a very special announcement. OK. Let's see ... Ah. "Dallas Police Make Second Arrest in Biker Incident." And by "biker incident," of course, the DPD's referring to the parade of motorcyclists who shut down and spray-painted N. Central Expressway on Memorial Day.

A couple of weeks back, DPD arrested 35-year-old Thomas Michael Roberts for the incident, charging him with the crime of tagging. This afternoon, 27-year-old Kenneth Ray Hernandez was arrested for his alleged involvement in the incident. He's in the county jail on a $1,500 bond.

Says the PD, he was arrested in Grapevine "without incident" and, like Roberts, charged with violating Penal Code 28.08 - Graffiti, which, as we noted before, could land him anywhere from 180 days to two years in state jail along with a fine of up to $10,000. Says the note, this isn't likely to be the last arrest either: "The Police Department is continuing the investigation into the incident. Social Media and tips continue to play an important part in this ongoing investigation."
