Categories: Local Music

Edie Brickell was on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon last night promoting two new albums. But in this "web exclusive," the ol' New Bohemian, aided by one Charlie Sexton on guitar and the great Aaron Comess behind the drum kit, whips out an oldie from Shooting Rubberbands at the Stars: "Circle." And just like that, it's Club Dada ca. 1986.

please let's not forget the great Dave Monsey holding down the bass, in a most bad ass way, and from the late great Earl Harvin Trio, every girl's go-to guy on the keys, Mr Dave Palmer. this entire band, except for Charlie, is from our hometown of the Big D. Give it up!
