Dallas, Now at Ice Force 1

• I guess ice force 1 doesn't apply to side streets. I backroaded it from lowest Greenville up to Richardson and the roads are a mess

• When I was out yesterday, I hit the grocery store, but skipped the booze-a-torium. So far, so good. Still, will need to reconsider at 2 this afternoon. But there's always the scotch. And the Balcones Baby Blue and True Blue. Vodka in a pinch.

• How does snow on top of ice drive? I'm fixin to find out. Hopefully better than the still glazed residential street I was coming home on from the dollar movie last night. I imagine the snow covered up the tire tracks I left in that front lawn. Its called poor technique.

• At 6:30 am, the snow was 5.5 in deep in my yard. Is there an ice force 3? How will the city deal with this and the Super Bowl?

• How's the bourbon going Robert?

• One thing that show was not is amazing. They sounded muddy and the set list was meh.

• What a surreal end to an amazing show by The Flaming Lips!
