Luxist directs our attention this afternoon to the Strait Lane home of one Phil Romano, which has been on the market for quite some time. But the '07 asking price of $17.5 million has come way, way down since then -- to $12.5 million, per the Sotheby's listing, which provides some two dozen glamor shots of the 4.7-acre estate that's "one of the most desirable addresses in Dallas." I can see why.
