Hey, At Least Now We Know Where the Playboy Super Bowl Party'll Be: Across from City Hall!

• Enough with the corporate T&A already! With all the titty bar ads, and stories like this one, the Dallas Observer is way too close to branding itself as a middle-to-lowbrow buffet line for neanderthals. There is a time and place for admiring the sublime as expressed in a lovely bosom, sure. But the silcone chests and Photoshopped vixens of Playboy are overexposed in multiple senses already. How much coverage does the biomedical research at UT Southwestern get in this here rag? Is the Dallas Observer merely boob bait for Bubba? What about the Great Books scholars at the University of Dallas, or humanities researchers at SMU? Would your clickstream metrics suffer intolerably? This town has deeper layers of intellectual and artistic energy than the Observer would let on.

• Will they be selling tickets to these events? There are some many events taking place that it is overwhelming. I have only found www.supersundayhq.com as for regarding a listing of all the events. It is a great site but I am open to other good websites. Any ideas?

• Again, it REALLY sucks that Dallas didn't land Jerry World. We are seeing NO benefit from the Super Bowl. Damn you, Arlington!
