DPD sent this still of the truck in question, taken from surveillance video
No doubt you're well aware that at 5 a.m. on December 29, 23-year-old Luis Marquez was found murdered on Levee Street in the Design District, his throat slit. A few days later, Dallas police said Marquez had been robbed, likely after leaving a Maple Avenue club, where he was visiting a friend.

So far, no one has been arrested in the brutal murder, which is why DPD just sent a release asking for the public's assistance. The note follows:
Surveillance video captures the suspect vehicle which detectives have determined to be a dark colored Ford Stepside pickup truck with four lines of words on the rear window. The top row of words and the bottom row of words are longer than the middle two rows and it appears the letters are white. The truck also has chrome rims and mud flaps. [Attached] is a still picture taken from the surveillance video.

Crime Stoppers has offered up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the individual(s) responsible for this senseless crime. Anyone with information is asked to call the Dallas Police Homicide Unit at (214) 671-3661.
