Anderson Cooper Stops and Smells Tyler Rose Leo Berman, Author of Texas "Birther" Bill

​Two weeks ago today, state Rep. Leo Berman of Tyler filed H.B. 295, which says: "The secretary of state may not certify the name of a candidate for president or vice-president unless the candidate has presented the candidate's original birth certificate indicating that the person is a natural-born United States citizen." Otherwise known as: The Birther Bill.

Which is why Anderson Cooper had the Tyler Rose on his CNN show last night -- to talk about his proposed state legislation and whether or not President Obama is, as Berman insists, a space alien from Kenya. The video's after the jump. And it's every bit as entertaining as Cooper's previous "terror babies" showdowns with Debbie Riddle and Louie Gohmert and his chatdown with Eddie Bernice Johnson.
