Before Texas-OU, a Look Back at SMU-TCU

Late last week the folks, season-ticket holders at Gerald J. Ford Stadium, had an offer: two ducats to SMU-TCU, which, sadly, I had to decline. Still, I watched and cheered and drank and cheered -- Dad's a grad, after all. Besides, I knew a certain Friend of Unfair Park was in attendance, among the You+Dallas crew capturing the game for posterity. All it's missing? John Facenda. The autumn wind, indeed.
