Federal Alphabet Soup Reviewing Yesterday's Love Field Gate-Crashing Before Filing Charges

This much we do know: Kathy Colvin, spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney's Office, says via e-mail that they're reviewing and evaluating evidence -- nothing more to report till that's done, she says. "At this point," she says, "I believe the FBI is working with DPD and TSA in gathering and reviewing evidence. There may be other agencies involved." Messages have been left for Special Agent Mark White, the Dallas spokesman for the FBI.
As to which agency will ultimately file charges, if the feds choose to do so: "It is premature to say exactly who will make the decision as to how the case will proceed," Colvin says. The instant replay follows.
