What Happened to the City of Dallas's Official Web Site? Because It's Gone.

Are budget problems that bad? Is it too early to call Mary Suhm and find out if now's a good time to move to Frisco?
Oh, wait: The domain registration expired on Saturday. Brilliant.
Update at 9:08 a.m.: Frank Librio, in the public information office at City Hall, confirms: "We don't know what the issue is. I'm told it'll be back within an hour."
Update at 9:59 a.m.: Librio called my cell during my drive into work and said the site was back up. Unh-unh. He also explained why the site's down: The city was under the impression the domain registration expired in September, when, in fact, records indicate it was up March 6. Register.com sent a warning to a City Hall employee who no longer works at City Hall.
Update at 11:09 a.m.: I just checked. The site's back. Hallelujah.
Update at 11:42 a.m.: It's gone again. So sad.
Update at 1:20 p.m.: The site's accessible on a verrrrry limited basis, on occasion, kind of. But it should be restored in full for all by tomorrow morning. Far as you know.
Update at 5:28 p.m.: I still can't get City Hall's Web site to load, but a Register.com rep to whom I just spoke said, well, it could take up to 48 hours. But looking at WhoIs.Net, I see the city just today re-upped till March 6, 2011. Cost a little more than $200.
