Heritage Sues to Determine Who Really Owns Michael Jackson's Stuff

• Part of this was probably from things, a few quite embarassing, that the Wacko family of deadbeats and grifters left in storage. As usual for those scum, they didn't pay their bills. This is where it gets really funny! It seems that someone who lost a lot of money in a business arrangement with the Wacko clan found out about it and scooped up the items at auction. That's the Henry Vaccaro in the court papers linked above. The Wacko lawyers (who probably didn't get paid either, this is a pattern with those deadbeats!) tried to fight it and eventually got a few concessions but a lot of it was still for sale. There were a few threats about turning it over to Tom Sneddon during Wacko's last trial for molesting boys. There's a news story or two about Vaccaro selling off some or all of it, depending on the source a few years back. I'm not sure how Vaccaro fits in as a defendant here. I believe the court (Nevada?) affirmed his right of ownership.
