• Lemme amend my comment slightly, since it appears we are making commentary on Big Bob as opposed to the article: From what I hear, lil H is smart, adorable, and should be in many blog stories. It's all those other annoying, cloying children that drag down the writer's craft. But... If BB goes all lovey-dovey and "wifey-this" and "honey-bunny-that" like some awesome writers who think they landed "the catch of the century" and that "love is all that matters above writing"--I have no problem with placing the verbal equivalent of a hand-to-gleaming dome smackdown to awaken him from the love trance and get back to the good sardonic stuff.

• That Jason Judy bit was hilarious.

• Keep the six year old references. Been hearing them since Junior was around 2. And personally Big Bob and Junior live in the hood where I grew up and I like the references.

• LaceyB- you make a good point, as usual, but there is also good writing that comes with kids. I like hearing about the 6 year old that lives in Wilonsky's house.

• Some of the most talented artists, sarcastic and funniest writers have kids and all of their greatness goes to pot (some slower than others) the second jr starts saying "dada", taking his first steps, or scrawling letters in his notebook, just like the dad he idolizes. Kids are cute and shit, but leave the cute shit at home. I think writers are just better in general single and kinda unhappy, kids or not. Great, funny writing comes from those darker places. I think Cuban is saying he'd trade business for the diapers. Sucker. Give them 10 yrs til they hate you and you're old and uncool, with a fugly receding hairline. A winning game won't be a dinky highlight, it'll be a Godsend. And by then, Modano will have a major interest in the Stars. And people will actually go to the games.
