As Rudy notes, only two people spoke in opposition yesterday, one of whom was Haynes and Boone associate and City View at Farmers Market resident John Farrell, who wants to make it perfectly clear: He's all for recognizing the "great César Chávez," and his objections are purely pragmatic, as you'll see in his footnoted missive to the plan commission after the jump. Nonetheless, Farell says in a note to Unfair Park, "I know it will be approved in the end."
