We're Guessing the Waterfall on Woodall Rodgers Isn't Part of the Deck Park Plans

​Word that a contractor working for Atmos exposed a water pipe (which eventually ruptured) at Olive Street and McKinney Avenue was enough to convince me to head over there to chronicle the chaos -- most notably a traffic clusterfuck on the Woodall Rodgers Freeway service road. Vehicles dodged gushing waters flowing down North Harwood Street, with the runoff eventually making its way onto Woodall Rodgers via this refreshing waterfall. After the jump, the aftermath.
