So what part of, anyone check their - special events permit - food handlers permit - fire inspection permit - food inspection / temperature check - number of trash cans - use of the right of way (sidewalk) permit - sales tax I am not against their culture, but when they disregard the basic rules of behavior in regards to safe food handling, and probably put a couple of hundred uninsured illegals into the hospital, then I have a problem.
