They're Very Happy at the Round-Up Saloon

​That's because it looks like Forbes was on to something last week after all. Friend of Unfair Park David Webb, keeper of The Rare Reporter, sends word that Out magazine's done compiled its list of "The 60 Greatest Gay Bars in the World," and the only local joint to make the list is the Round-Up Saloon on Cedar Springs Road, a Best of Dallas winner back in '06, matter of fact. Raves Out, "The bartenders are shirtless in this country gay bar and strangers will drag you onto the dance floor for shirtless line-dancing and two-stepping." Sounds very much like our staff meetings.
