Even If They Don't Build the Entangled Bank, Well, Maybe It'll Still Win a Big Award
We'll have much more in a coming issue of the paper version of Unfair Park, but till then, a bit of relevant news from Bradley Bartholomew of North Carolina-based Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, whose entry in the Re:Vision Dallas endeavor, Entangled Bank, is among the contenders for construction downtown. Says Bartholomew, the Entangled Bank has been shortlisted for a prestigious honor at the World Architecture Festival being held in Barcelona come November. Writes the architect in a missive to Unfair Park:
It was selected from a pool of more than 600 entries from more than 80 countries. As part of this honor we will present the project to the world (a jury including the best minds in architecture) which will afford great international exposure for the Revision Dallas project as well as hopefully some prestigious hardware to bring home. ... Even a few months later, the project continues to gain global recognition...
