DISD's Done With These Pianos, Man

Because it's the Dallas Independent School District, well, that's why they had to stick the pink "piano" sign on the, um, piano.

Went back to Lone Star Auctions this morning to check on how my horse bidding was going, and I noticed quite the steal -- once again courtesy the Dallas Independent School District, which is in the habit of offloading its surplus for The Nice Price and then some. All told, the district's looking to sell 26 pianos, and at the moment, the whole lot's available for $70 -- or, 'bout $2.69 a piece. (Which doesn't include the electric organs, also going for pennies on the pennies on the dollar.) Perfect for those Pete's Dueling Piano Bar franchises you've been looking to open. Lemme know if you wanna go halvsies.
