So says
Men's Health in its July-August issue, in which the magazine ranks the top 100 major U.S. cities' "sports-obsessed citizenry" and puts Arlington at the very top o' the list with an "A+" ranking. Says
here that myriad factors went into the ranking -- everything from the number of folks who attend college and pro sporting events to TV ratings to team-apparel purchases. Fort Worth ranks No. 7 on the list; Dallas, No. 8. Then again, how seriously can one take such a list when Anchorage, Alaska, come in at the 10 spot, while leaving Miami at No. 100? And this is the magazine that ranked Arlington as
the third-best city in the country in which womens can find mens.
