• after exploring the site...I noticed no contact or message info. Makes me want to "gag order" all over this peice of trash.

• After the MJ marathon ends, MTV will send the cease and desist letter for their use of "The Hills."

• I couldn't help but notice the ".com" top level domain used. It seems appropriate to acknowledge that everything about this trial is going to be a commercial venture.

• Why does the dh logo look like Don's shooting the finger?

• This just keeps getting better and better. I can't wait until his ad on the GoodYear blimp flies over.

• I keep hearing whispers of OJ strategy, OJ strategy, even if it isn't exactly the same.

• Forgot to add - the WHOIS search also shows the name was registered last Friday, June 19. http://www.enom.com/whois/Whois.aspx?DomainName=donhilltrial.com

• A logo?!?!?! What's next -- t-shirts? FWIW, a WHOIS search of the donhilltrial.com shows that the domain name was registered by someone named Quinton Pierre (or Pierre Quinton) of nicheonline.net. Not sure if that's someone subject to the gag order or not.

• Ugh, Don Hill is such an ass-hat. Epic Fail. On the plus side, it's good to know he looks good in orange because he's going to be wearing a lot of it after this trial.
