The Back Story:

This silk screen picture of now Mayor Tom Leppert was actually made when he was with the Stellar Student Modeling Agency while attending college. It was cropped before being made into tiles because, according to the once pre-Mayor’s unofficial spokesperson (now representing a Ft. Myers string of ‘family friendly strip clubs’ named Joy Stick) ‘just before the flash photo was consummated, a wind blew open the then-student Tom’s beach robe revealing ‘a spectrum of pectoral solidity’ not seeming ‘appropriate’ for ‘broader decorative usage in the decorating community’.

If the DO photo above is accurate, they matched the Mayor's skin tone exactly! Uncanny.

I never cease to be amazed by the appetite of the public for liars who sell out for a pittance.
