What you see above is the North Central Texas Council of Governments' map charting the number of new residents added to the area's 16 counties' "Top Ten Cities" over the past decade. This year alone, Fort Worth topped Dallas by adding 17,400 new residents, as opposed to the 6,000 newcomers who've moved to Dallas -- at least, according to the stats the NCTCOG made available today in both this summary and several other more detailed breakdowns. Bad news, though, for Addison: Its growth rate dropped 12.42 percent, as it lost 1,900 folks.
