Yet again, our old friend
Justin Cozart has just posted some essential must-sees to the
Dallas Urban History page on Flickr -- this time, a series of before-and-after photos featuring some of the city's more recognizable streets and intersections. Among the lot: Blackburn Street and Oak Lawn Avenue (
in 1925 and
1990), Elm Street in
the late 1930s and again
in '90, and Main Street at the Murphy Crosswalk
in the early 1900s and
1990. Fun. Also: sad-making.
