It was clear by Mike Ryner's comments yesterday that he didn't believe Gordo was serious with his olive branch explanation. Gordos tired gag blew up on him. But as long as you hold yourself to the lesser standard of �I can do what I want�, then what you are really doing is fiddling while Rome is burning. I�m afraid that my greatest fear about the station is coming true, and I honestly believe that you are playing the biggest role in taking down the greatest radio station in the �history of the world�. It�s just no longer funny to listen to the Ticket, and if I want real Sports Talk, I�ve got several options now. It all started 15 wonderful years ago at the Super Bowl. • I think Daryl Razor Reaugh had the best solution: Gordo and Nasty should have a cage match and put it on PPV. It would be a ratings bonanza!

• As MikeUntstinx points out above, nasty told a detective that he choked Gordo and spent the whole time cussing and being red in the face...did he think the cop would think that meant he was in the right to choke someone? I've heard Gordo trying to rile someone up and this was not that Gordon. Should he have gone over? No. But he did and this response was criminal. I think he should file charges.

• Nasty is a PRICK of the highest order. But could they maybe leave the PRICK alone?

• Nestor needs to be prosecuted. Gordon did nothing illegal, not even inappropriate. No one has the right to physically assault someone.

• Gordo should have just punched Nasty right between the eyes!!! It would have been self defense...

• Let's keep in mind that Gordo made peace with Darrel Ankarlo earlier in the week, and thought he would try a twofer. Unfortunately there will not be 'peace in our time'. Nestor did admit to choking Gordo which was really stupid. The Tampa detective did get a bunch of stuff on that douche. Donate to the Gordo relief fund to get enough money to send Gordo back to Tampa to file charges.

• Is the audio on the Ticket web site?

• I saw it happen on the webcam. You couldn't see the attack because of some plants blocking the view, but you could easily see Gordo's headset around his neck right after the assult. You could also see the redness around his neck on the webcam afterwards.

• the past few years they always chuckle and mention that the NFL has told them to not talk to him since he always cries about the Ticket messing with him. The NFL even goes out of their way to put the two stations as far apart from each other because of it. Gordo knows all of this. Nasty Nestor talk isnt funny, is a waste of time, and now just may get the ticket banned from further super bowls. I hope Gordo got his nose broken.

• Just when you think The Ticket starts to get stale, something like this happens. Super Bowl Week is the Ticket's best week of the year. I am kicking myself for not hearing this live.

• I knew there would be something with Nestor this week when he got in a question at the Springsteen press conference and Corby didn't. Nestor isn't even on the air regularly anymore, yet apparently is well ensconced with the league's people, as they were more interested in scolding the Musers for harrassing the WNST table than hearing about the assault.
