"Dallas Is a Pretty Incomplete Place"

During Friday's RE:Vision Dallas design charrette at City Hall -- where Mayor Tom Leppert introduced the parking lot some folks hope to turn into a sustainable, self-contained community -- organizers screened a nine-minute "photodocumentary" in which residents talk about the city that isn't and the city that could be.
