We're screwed. I have yet to hear from any Obama supporter how he's going to actually do everything he said he'll do. He can't afford any of it. It's a shell game. He knew he could play the messiah card because Bush wrecked his party so badly. Obama built up an early lead and went into a prevent defense for the last month or so.

Everyone will see after one year that he is not who they thought they voted for. He was able to fake it until he made it.

It is as amazing to me today to hear those with opposing views spew their venom - as I was amazed in those years that anyone could be so misguided as to think Shrub as president could possibly be a good thing. Guess What - time has proven that we all should have been sick at our stomachs. Shrub's eight years in office have been an unprecedented disaster for this country.

A year from now - four years from now - the supporters of hate and corruption will still be screaming about PRESIDENT Obama - but our country will be a far better place.

I also remember those years and being excited, not because 'W' necessarily was there but because Gore and Kerry weren't. I also remember enough venom to kill the human race after those elections. So do not act holier than thou....

Only time will show if Obama is a decent president. As we have seen in the past, the line between decent and bad is. Great is not something we will see for a long time. The country is split too evenly for that to be allowed.
