Fed Up, or: Yet Another Weekend Protest in Downtown Dallas

Categories: News
Over the weekend, A Scanner Darkly star (well ...) Alex Jones made the trip up to Dallas to take on the Federal Reserve -- though, really, how many folks are in the building on a Saturday? Those folks who ditched out on Dealey Plaza brought their bullhorns and placards to 2200 N. Pearl Street, where Jones ranted and raved for a good long while about the "private banking cartel and criminal organization [and] bloodsuckers engineering the depression we're going into," right on. Though, to tell the truth, I usually tune out right about the time someone starts on about the Bilderberg Group. Because, look, I got enough to worry about. --Robert Wilonsky
