• Omni Hotels is based in Irving and is owned by Dallas billionaire Robert Rowling (cue Schutze conspiracy theory if they get the project).

• Maybe it could have condos too like the Omni convention center hotel in Ft Worth... Oh god, what have I said, no, please don't listen to me. Shit, I hope Leppert doesn't read this... We're going to end up with city developed condos now, aren't we?

• Solution: Let the Anchor Motel run it.... they'll give us plenty of porn and drag us to the bottom of the sea.

• Omni's home-grown, isn't it? BTW, Jason, why can't you just bring your own porn? Cable porn at hotels is basically sucky anyway.

• Omni just doesn't have much experience in the convention center hotel business... then again, neither does the City of Dallas. Maybe they can just learn together.

• As a taxpayer that will part own this hotel, I don't support it being run by Omni, because of their draconian anti-porn policy. Thank you.
