The Dallas Police Department, yet again, needs your help in catching a couple of bad guys -- in this instance, two men who yanked the TVs out of the Pet Ritz on Lemmon Avenue. Also looks a little like a scene from a competition show that might air on The Ocho. --Robert Wilonsky
