Yet another outsider's moving into Oak Cliff: About three months after Boston investors took over the Wedgewood Towers with an eye toward a hipster redo, unnamed Vancouver investors have bought a chunk of apartment complexes more or less situated between the Trinity River Greenbelt Park, Lake Cliff Park, the Bishop Arts District and Marsalis Park.
