• Context is everything. They're at a gas station. Those other people aren't scared, they're thinking, "Finally... one of us is ripping THEM off for a change."

• Standing there with a coke in your hand watching an armed robbery go down would probably qualify you for a Darwin Award if the lead started flying and you took one in the head.

• Wow, patient fellow! I use enormous self control when some pendejo spends almost two minutes in front of me buying scratch off lottery tickets. He should have robbed the store, then shot Mr. Lotteria on principle.

• I hate to say it, but after seeing it time after time, you get immune to it and block it out of your mind. When you see it the first time there is a WOW or SHOCK factor, but if you continue to see it, it becomes an oh well after a while. Some folks grow up seeing all types of violence so a small stick up would not even get a rise out of them.

• I like the ol' boy that moseys on up to the counter to buy his two soft drinks. He seemed pretty unconcerned about the whole thing. He just wanted his refreshing treats.

• why didn't he rob the man in front of him in line. He easily had $2 maybe $3 in lotto tickets!
