We Were Born to Love You, Cindy Morgan. We Were Born To ... Well.

Perhaps some of you are heading to the Inwood Theater shortly to catch a glimpse of Robert De Niro, who's in town for what's sure to be the most mumbling post-screening Q&A in the history of moving pictures. He's here, along with director Barry Levinson and producer-screenwriter Art Linson and producer Todd Wagner, to tout the new cut of What Just Happened?, which screens at 1 p.m. and which premiered last night at the Inwood to an audience that included Oscar-nominated screenwriter Guillermo Arriaga (whose Amores Perros is referred to in the film), filmmakers Vadim Perelman and James Gray and film sales agent-"power broker" John Sloss.

But, for a moment, may we offer an alternative to the AFI Dallas doings, which wrap this weekend? Because, oh, tomorrow afternoon you might wanna head over to the Richardson Civic Center for Dallas Comic Con. And while Bob De Niro won't be in attendance, you will be able to meet The Flash, a couple of the stars of Firefly and Battlestar Galactica, the dude who wore the Boba Fett costume and Cindy Morgan. Or, as she's better known, Lacey Underall from Caddyshack. And far as we're concerned, that's some A in need of some Q's. I have no idea what that even means. --Robert Wilonsky
