There's a Dallas connection to Eliot Spitzer after all: Turns out, reports The New York Times, the almost-former Democratic first-term New York governor funneled a little of that long green into the local economy. As in: "A person with knowledge of the service’s operations said that Mr. Spitzer had begun meeting with the prostitutes of the Emperor’s Club about eight months ago and had had encounters in Dallas as well as Washington."
