Can you imagine what the CityVille debate would have been like if we had blogging sites back in 2003??

(Seems like an eternity)

The Lower Greenville West NA Gang of Four white guys and a couple of ladies are having trouble getting their anti everything message out to the public.

Just like Lower Greenville NA, they don't tell you how many members they really have, and they don't ask (nor do they even care) what their members think about important issues like this.

These so-called neighborhood leaders need to crawl back under the rock they came out from.

They need to understand that after killing off CityVille and Arcadia redevelopment, we need something to move this area out of the development stone age.

There are 40+ new townhomes on my side of Greenville Avenue, worth upwards of $350,000.

These residents want to walk to places like Henderson Avenue - only a few blocks - for things like restaurants, book stores and coffee shops that cater to local residents.

Instead of dealing with the facts, these luddites are lying about anything and everything they can to anyone who will listen.

Here's a fact - We can have a cool development that makes positive contribution to the community beyond the LGWNA area, or we can have a Wal-Mart (no re-zoning needed).

If we get the Wal-Mart, I have only one request - Face the loading docks north, and required the trucks to go down Summit Avenue.

I knew it was only a matter of time before we heard from the "Greenville Avenue Troll"! If you want to improve the neighborhood, flatten the leaning shack on Belmont! I'm gonna srart my own neighborhood association & pry money out of all the businesses on Greenville Avenue & pay all of my members dues (whether they know it or not!) & claim I have 10,000 members. So what if the only one anyone hears from is me, me, ME!
