She fired her manager. She canceled her tour due to slow ticket sales. She waged a very public battle with one of the most powerful men in the music business. Her released-in-May single's all but gone by June. Now she's on about her battle with bulimia, which is a sure sign she's got an album due any day now -- June 26, to be precise, which is when My December makes its long-awaited (?) bow.
But we know you just wanna hear the damned thing already; seems some folks like what they hear. (Writes the always-trustworthy Greg Kot in today's Chicago Tribune: "Like the Dixie Chicks, she's probably going to take a hit at the box office. But like her fellow Texans, she's starting to earn something she once lacked: credibility.") So good thing MTV, at this very moment, is streaming for free and in its entirety the latest album from that Burleson Idol.
