I just took my grandmother to vote today. It was interesting to hear her take on her council district race and the mayoral election. She likes Betty Culbreath (a republican) and Oakley (a democrat) But, the one thing she talked about was how her neighborhood could use new grocery store. So, the Starbucks thing does not work for her.

A good (Rafael Rodriguez) friend who told me Tom Leppert was raised by a single mom early on during the campaign. I also know Tom Leppert became involved with the Freemason organization as a youth. His membership into the DeMolay Fraternity, a youth masonic organization which helps youth to hone in their talent and leadership skills surely helped Tom Leppert succeed both in his public and private life. Tom's affiliation with DeMolay as a youth better prepared Tom Leppert to personify today Freemasonry's mission of H.O.P.E. to youth in "Helping Others Pursue Excellence." Tom Leppert is a person with excellent character. The oaths and the obligation Tom took upon his own accord as a youth signifies how he is better prepared to serve the citizens of Dallas now and in the future.
