A Ritzy Job Fair

Categories: News
Maybe you can't live at the Ritz, but you or someone you know might be able to work there.

A few days back we mentioned the swanky residential digs over at the Ritz-Carlton -- wishful thinking or somesuch. But if you can't afford the $700,000-min list price condos in the Tower but still wanna spend 24/7 in the comfy climes of a posh caravansary, well, the big bosses at the R-C are letting folks know that next weekend, they're having a job fair -- and already, some 1,000 folks have applied for 400 open positions.

Says here the job fair will take place June 29 and 30 at the InfoMart, located here, and runs from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. both days. But if you want to get a jump on the line, visit this site for an application and other info. Gigs are available all over the hotel, they say -- from changing sheets to serving dishes in Fearing's to giving rubdowns in the spa. Nice work if you can get it. --Robert Wilonsky
