Just got off the phone with Mayor Laura Miller, who confirms something we just heard: Guy Brignon -- the controversial chairman of the Dallas Housing Authority board who worked to oust DHA's CEO and president, Ann Lott -- has resigned. His letter of resignation is on its way to Unfair Park, and when it arrives, we will post in its entirety. --Robert Wilonsky
