Be Like Mark. Or Mike. Or Both.

Categories: Media

Apparently, there are two folks in this virtual world you don't wanna cross: Mark Cuban and Austin American-Statesman columnist (and occasional Observer contributor) Michael Corcoran. On Sunday, the Statesman ran a lengthy profile on the Mavs owner written by film critic Chris Garcia. That very afternoon, Cuban sent Garcia a missive in which he slammed the piece and slam-dunked its author, referring to the whole package as "easily the worst interview i have ever done" and vowing to never again sit for an interview with a journalist. Well, it looks like Garcia forwarded the e-mail to Corcoran, who reprints not only Cuban's missive on his blog (or "blist," as he calls it) but also Garcia's original story, which Corcoran has thoughtfully annotated with his own set of hyperlinks. --Robert Wilonsky
