The REIT Stuff

A local real estate investment fund (or a REIT) is looking to move some premium places, among them hotels in Orlando near Walt Disney World and on the water in San Francisco (on Fisherman's Wharf) and San Diego (hotspot Harbor Island). Nearly 900 rooms are up for grabs in this lot, but you take one, you take 'em all; deal or no deal? I'm no real-estate expert, but I say this lot has to go for, like, $120,000.
