• Why the sarcasm? I don't believe those columns are meant to be breaking news or hard-hitting journalism. They're just slices of life in a mini-editorial format. You, Ms. Grimes, should take the high road and be happy that a fellow journalist is doing well for herself. She may not be writing cover stories for a weekly newsmagazine, but she's at least writing a weekly column that will entertain most, bug some or cause jealousy in others. I can only guess which category you fall into.
