Or close to it. It seems the Cleveland-based developer behind the Mercantile Building redo downtown is about to take over about 130 acres of Frisco, after snapping up land in Mansfield and, apparently, Grapevine. The Frisco folks are happy-happy-joy-joy over this; says James Gandy, president of the Frisco Economic Development Corp, "From an economic development perspective, it's a proud day when you can raise the Forest City flag in your community." Guess so; Mayor Laura Miller would certainly agree. But I still recommend you read this collection of info about Forest City before you go raising anything. --Robert Wilonsky
