LeBron James to the Mavs. Exciting, Right?

LeBron LeMaverick.jpg

Dallas Mavericks fans certainly salivate over LeBron James.

Dirk Nowitzki wouldn't mind having him as a running buddy.

Mark Cuban's already been fined for flirting with LeBron.

And mayor Tom Leppert likely would appreciate the $2 billion economic impact that the most coveted free agent in the history of sports would inject into our city.

But does the average Dallasite want, even crave LeBron? Further, does the average Dallasite even know LeBron?

I took to the streets NorthPark Center mall last weekend to find out. What did I learn?

In short:

Shopping, Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, movies and beating the heat = Yes.

LeBron James = Meh.
