You Betcha: Week 6
Hey buddy, can you spare a dime? Okay, how about a $700 billion bailout?
At this rate – 0-4 on Cowboys’ games this season – I’m going to need it. Wait, I know. I’ll bank on the only thing bigger than our country’s financial crisis:
Terrell Owens’ ego.
The Cowboys are angry. The Bengals are awful. Most of all, T.O. will be out to prove a point to that damned media, some of which wrongly accused him of confronting teammate Tony Romo last week and some of which just crowned him the NFL's most selfish player.
If he doesn’t catch at least six passes this Sunday, I’ll be shocked.
And even more broke.
I started with a mythical bankroll of $10,000, courtesy of Bodog sports online gaming. First of all, because their site is easy to navigate. Second, because they’re based in Costa Rica and have had minimal success tracking me down in the past.
I’ll analyze games/wagers of local interest each weekend and make a wager or two every Friday. With any luck, by Christmas it’ll be toys for everyone.
