Accordind to some of Arthur's SOC teachers he didn't attend classes. Now we know what he was doing.

They say that smoking pot makes you "uninspired". Does JHo play uninspired?
Ok, bad example. Last year he went to the rack less often than Clay Aiken.
The say that pot causes you to make bad decisions. Give me one example of a bad decision(excluding throwing a birthday party during the playoffs or partying on South Beach in the middle of the biggest melt down in NBA Finals history so the coach had to move the team).
They say that smoking weed makes you lose brain cells.....I'm sorry, I forgot where I was going with that point.
