Collin Moulton at Hyena's in Fort Worth

A finalist in two kick-ass comedy festivals, Gilda's Laugh Fest in Grand Rapids and The Skull Fest in Atlanta, Collin Moulton brings his comedy chops to the stage in Fort Worth this Friday and Saturday. He's up for anything, except a trip to the post office. Shows are at 8:30 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on Friday and 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on Saturday. Tickets are only $10 plus a two-drink minimum.

Best Of Showcase at Backdoor Comedy

Backdoor Comedy in Dallas is definitely the place to check out for the best of the best. They feature comics from Last Comic Standing, BET and Comedy Central. So when they put on a Best Of Showcase, you are practically legally required to go see it. Shows are Friday at 9 p.m. and Saturday at 8 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. Tickets are $14 plus a two-drink minimum. In Dallas, everyone lines up to get in the Backdoor (get your mind out of the gutter).

Flip Orley at the Addison Improv

Okay, his name is Flip. He's a comedian/hypnotist. Yep. He will hypnotize you and then use you as material for his show. But don't worry, he's nice about it. Shows are Thursday through Sunday, and tickets run between $15 and $25. You are getting very giggly...giggly...giggly.

The Victims Improv Comedy at Pocket Sandwich Theatre

Brought to you by The Alternative Comedy Theater, this super theatrical and totally unscripted comedy explosion is a Pocket Sandwich favorite. Perfect for those who like anything anti-mainstream. Shows are Friday and Saturday at 11:15 p.m. and rated R. No early birds or kids? Score.

Hello I Must Be Going playing at the Angelika Film Center Dallas

When Amy, a recent divorcee, moves back in with her parents in Connecticut, things get pretty dark. She even goes on a date with a guy who talks about yogurt. Yogurt, you guys. But things pick up for Amy when she starts up an affair with Jeremy, a hot 19-year-old actor. I'm sure all you ladies out there can relate. Right?
