Austin City Limits' lineup for 2013 was just announced: Headliners include Depeche Mode, The Cure, Muse, Kings of Leon and noted teenage-girl-advice-givers Atoms for Peace.

Tickets go on sale May 7 -- early bird passes are sold out but VIP is available if you just can't wait.

For the first time, the festival will take place over two weekends, Coachella-style. They are October 4 to 6 and 11 to 13. In characteristic form, the lineup veers a bit toward guitars, but it's still satisfyingly eclectic: Country megastar Eric Church finds himself buried underneath art school enthusiasts Vampire Weekend and Lionel Richie, who I trust needs no adjectives at all.

The full list of bands is below.

Other than the top four names, it's a really good lineup.

This festival peaked in 2004 with the best lineup to date. This year is ok (with some 80's nostalgia), at least they got members of Radiohead to come...

Shitty line up + no single day passes = maybe next year

Overall pretty weak....but they ruined it for me last year by adding Kanye West....plus no day passes this year. It's all or nothing (3 Day pass only)

yeah, it's been a weak year for festivals.
